Hiya, Gavin here. Was running for Breast Cancer Ireland this week, a six km race! It was really tough but great fun too. Imagine seeing 500 people running in pink like headless chickens on the top of a mountain! You get it. Better start blogging more 'cause you, as listeners need to hear my opinion and thoughts. On the show this week (yes I said week), I'll be doing the show from Sunday to Wednesday as I'm heading to Spain for the Easter week. Tommy and Orla will be in plus all the usual features. Maybe even a prank thrown in!!!

It's Been a While
